Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely delighted with your Christmas purchases. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not be right for you. Please review our policy below for returns and refunds.
Change of Mind
We gladly accept returns for a change of mind, provided that:
- You contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The item is returned in its original, unopened, and saleable condition with all original packaging and tags attached.
- The item is not a custom-made, personalised, or sale item, which cannot be returned for a change of mind.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping for change of mind returns. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be held liable for parcels lost in transit. Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process a refund to your original payment method, excluding the initial shipping costs.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a faulty, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion. We may require photos or the return of the item to assess the issue. In the case of a faulty or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return process, please contact us to request a Return Authorization. Returns received without prior authorization may experience delays in processing. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your communication.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after we have approved it, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded for change of mind. Sale items cannot be refunded for this reason.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Exchanges
We generally only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different one, the quickest way is to return the original item for a refund and then place a new order.
