Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after we receive your order. Please note that this is the processing time only and does not include the actual shipping transit time. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes
We ship Australia-wide using trusted courier and postal services. The following timeframes are estimates only and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Please allow additional transit time during peak seasons (like November and December) for possible carrier delays.
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-4 business days
Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times as these are dependent on the carrier once the item has been dispatched. Deliveries are made during business hours, Monday to Friday.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. You will see the final shipping charge before you complete your purchase.
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Please ensure you provide a correct and secure physical street address for delivery.

Change of Delivery Address
Once an order has been placed and is being processed, we are unable to change the delivery address. For the security of your order, we can only ship to the address provided at the time of purchase.
Failed Deliveries & Undeliverable Parcels
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if the parcel is unclaimed, the carrier will typically return it to our facility. We reserve the right to charge additional fees for re-dispatch in such cases. If a parcel is deemed undeliverable by the carrier, we will contact you to arrange a solution.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
We take great care in packing your orders to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We also monitor all dispatched orders; if your tracking information indicates a lost parcel, please get in touch with us, and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Backorders
Most items on our website are in stock. If an item is on backorder, it will be clearly marked on the product page. If your order contains a backordered item, we will typically hold your entire order until the backordered item is available and can ship it complete. If you prefer to ship in-stock items separately, please contact us, and note that additional shipping fees will apply.
Your Responsibilities
Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided address during business hours. It is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery address and contact details. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect information, failed delivery attempts, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
